By booking a tour with World Escapes Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the full or partial payment as specified.
• All payments must be made in either USD/EURO/Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• International tour bookings require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the package cost.

2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned in each tour package. Unless stated otherwise:

• Prices include accommodation, selected meals, transportation, and sightseeing as per itinerary.
• Excludes personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, and entry fees unless specified.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per timelines.

4. Visa & Passport

• For international tours, a valid passport with required validity and visa is mandatory.
• We assist with visa application but approval is at the discretion of the consulate.
• No refunds for Visa fee will be issued if a visa is denied after booking.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or third-party changes. Efforts will be made to provide similar alternatives.

6. Health & Safety

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel.
• Vaccination and health guidelines must be followed as per destination country/state.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that traveller must carry travel insurance for all tours from their home country. It covers trip delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage as per terms and conditions of your respected Insurance policy.

8. Liability

• We act as an intermediary and are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for any loss of belongings or personal injury during the trip.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India only.
