1. General Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our support team.
- All refunds are subject to processing charges and applicable taxes.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7β14 working days.
2. Domestic Tour Cancellation
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund
- Cancellation 15β29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation 7β14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellation within 6 days of departure: No refund
3. International Tour Cancellation
- Cancellation 45 days or more before departure: 80% refund
- Cancellation 30β44 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation 15β29 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of departure: No refund
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Visa fees, travel insurance, and airfare (if issued) are non-refundable.
- Charges incurred for bookings made with third-party providers (hotels, cruises, etc.) are subject to their cancellation rules.
5. No Show or Early Departure
No refunds will be made in case of a no-show or early departure during the tour.
6. Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), refunds will be evaluated based on the situation and supplier policies.
